Branch pipes
Branch pipes and ceramic sintered branch pipes
Depending on the requirements and design, heating elements are installed in radiant tubes. Radiant tubes primarily provide mechanical support for the installed heating element and protect the heating element from atmospheric contamination and harmful gases. The radiant tubes used must be approved for at least the same surface temperature as the heating element (e.g. high-temperature resistant steels or SiSiC).
Variants
We offer radiant tubes in vertical and horizontal versions (metal with support) as well as self-supporting versions (SiSiC). The radiant tubes are gas-tight with seals for common atmospheres and temperatures up to 1,380 °C.
We manufacture and supply complete radiant tubes according to your requirements, including heating elements and connections. As a rule, the dimensions of the radiant tube are matched to the heating element and the heating element to the furnace design and application.
High temperature steel
Ceramic high-temperature SiSiC
Ceramic sintered radiant tubes made of SI-SIC are designed for temperatures of up to 1,400 °C. They are mainly used in the heat treatment of steel and in powder metallurgy. Their use is recommended when contact of the combustion gas with the product must be avoided or the atmosphere is highly flammable.
Ceramic blast pipes ensure lower energy consumption and a considerable increase in performance. The result is longer service life and maintenance intervals due to the high resistance to oxidation and corrosion.

Atmospheres: Endothermic/exothermic, nitrogen, nitrogen/ammonia, cracking gas, forming gas, hydrogen, enriched carbon
Flanges are manufactured to customer specifications and can be adapted to existing furnace systems or existing furnace concepts.
