Thermo bimetal, spray wire and Cu-ETP

Thermo-bimetals occur in a variety of thermo-mechanical applications, in which heat is converted into mechanical energy. Typical products in which thermo-bimetals are used: motor circuit breakers, temperature indicators, bimetallic thermometers, voltage regulators, circuit breakers, medical devices and household appliances. Our delivery forms include strips with thicknesses from 0,1 to 2,0 mm and width from 1 to 72 mm, or stamped parts.

Spray wire is mainly used for metallic coatings. The spray wire is melted and sprayed on the surface to be coated in liquid form. Applications are for example: nickel-based material, which is sprayed onto metallic surfaces as a so-called corrosion protection.

Cu-ETP, old name E-Cu, is an oxygen-containing copper, produced by electrolytic refining, which has a very high conductivity for heat and electricity. Cu-ETP is used for windings for motors, generators and transformers, also painted, as well as for electrical switching devices, as industrial wiring and as a heating conductor. Our delivery forms are typically flat wire and round wire on spools, or as a stranded wire. Material no: CW004A (formerly 2.0065, 2.0060), according to DIN EN 13601, 13602, 13605. Typical strength conditions are for example: R200 with a tensile strength Rm> 200 N / mm2
