Thermostatic bimetals
Bimetal applications can be classified in the following headings:
- Temperature indication
- Control of any parameter against temperature
- Thermo-mechanical applications in which heat is converted into mechanical energy
- Compensation (usually for ambient temperature)

Forms of supply and tolerances
Delivery forms
For normal production, bimetal strips can be produced in thicknesses from 0.1 to 2.00 mm and widths from 1 to 72 mm. Special dimensions can be made on request. Delivery in rings, thinner dimensions also on cardboard ring.
